Add Users to Material Entry Conversations

Use the Material Entry Approval submodule to add users to material entry conversations.

To use the Material Entry Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add users to a material entry conversation:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Material Entry Approval.
  3. Highlight the material entry of the conversation that you want to add a user to and on the side toolbar of the right pane, click Material Conversation.
  4. Click Show the conversation options and select Add user to conversation.
    Alternatively, under the Type a comment or drag files here field, click Add users to the conversation .
  5. In the Add Users dialog box, you can either select a resource from the Users drop-down list or enter the user's email address in the Email field.
    WorkBook displays the added user as a new user at the bottom of the dialog box.
  6. Click Confirm.
