Add a ConceptShare Project to a Job

Use the Reviews submodule to add ConceptShare Projects to jobs.

To use the Reviews submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To add a ConceptShare Project to a job:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Jobs List and highlight the job where you want the Project to be added.
  3. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Reviews.
  4. On the Reviews screen, click Create.
    The Project is created. WorkBook displays the option to create a Review.
    Note: The default Project name is the Job Name + Job ID, separated by a dash. For example: 123456 - Marketing Collateral
