Adjust the Address Composition

Use the Country and Postal Codes submodule to adjust address compositions.

To use the Country and Postal Codes submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To adjust an address composition:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the address that you want to adjust the composition of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > Country and Postal Codes.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the country that you want to adjust the address composition for and click Adjust address composition .
5. In the Adjust Address Composition dialog box, select the applicable label composition and click OK.
