Allow All Employees Access to Jobs in All Companies

Use Employee Cross-Company Access in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to allow all employees access to jobs in all Companies.

To use Employee Cross-Company Access in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To allow all employees access to jobs in all Companies:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company whose employees you want to allow access to jobs in all Companies.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Employee Settings > Employee Cross-Company Access.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click and select Allow All employees Access to Jobs in All Companies.
