Allow Editing of Billing Plans of Approved Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to allow the editing of billing plans of approved price quotes of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To allow the editing of a billing plan of an approved price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the approved price quote whose billing plan you want to allow the editing of.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the approved price quote with the billing plan that you want to allow the editing of.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the approved price quote with the billing plan that you want to allow the editing of.
5. Click the Billing Plan tab.
6. Select the Allow to edit billing plan check box.
