Allow Editing of Distances for Location Combinations

Use the Mileage Locations submodule to allow editing of distances for location combinations.

To use the Mileage Locations submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To allow the editing of distance for a location combination:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want the distance for a location combination to be edited.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > Mileage Locations.
4. Click the Location Combinations tab.
5. Highlight the location combination whose distance you want to allow to be edited and select the Allow edit distance check box.
