Approve Absence Entries

Use the Absence Entry Approval submodule to approve absence entries.

To use the Absence Entry Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To approve an absence entry:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Absence Entry Approval.
  3. Highlight the absence entry that you want to approve.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Approve selected items .
    Alternatively, click the corresponding Approve selected field.
