Approve All Time Entries of Selected Employees

Use the Time Entry Approval submodule to approve all time entries of selected employees.

To use the Time Entry Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To approve all time entries of a selected employee:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Time Entry Approval.
  3. Highlight one of the time entries of the employee that you want to approve.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Approve all entries for selected resource .
