Set Activity Phases to be Automatically Added

Use the Activity Phase Settings tab under the Activities submodule to set activity phases to be automatically added to price quotes.

To use the Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To set an activity phase to automatically be added to price quotes:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the activity phase that you want to set to be automatically added to price quotes.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Activities.
4. Click the Activity phase settings tab.
5. Highlight the activity phase that you want to set to be automatically added to price quotes and select the Auto Add check box.
