Calculate and Insert Price Quote Adjustments

Use the Price submodule to calculate and insert adjustments to price quotes of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To calculate and insert an adjustment to a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to calculate and insert an adjustment to.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to calculate and insert an adjustment to.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to calculate and insert an adjustment to.
   Note: You can only update a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
5. Click the Lines tab.
6. If you are currently in the Gantt view, click .
7. Click Calculate and insert adjustment .
8. In the Calculate and Insert Adjustments dialog box, enter or select the method, percentage, round to figure, amount, and activity, as applicable.
9. Click OK.
