Cancel Price Quote Approvals

Use the Price submodule to cancel the price quote approval of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To cancel a price quote approval:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote approval that you want to cancel.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote whose approval you want to cancel.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote whose approval you want to cancel.
5. Click the Header tab.
6. Click Cancel approval .
   WorkBook changes the label and color of to Under preparation and yellow, respectively.
