Change Access Rights for User Accounts

Use the User Access Rights submodule to change access rights for user accounts.

To use the User Access Rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To change access rights for a user account:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the user account that you want to change access rights for.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > User Access Rights.
  4. Click the Resource Setup tab.
  5. Highlight the user account that you want to change access rights for and click Change User Access .
  6. In the Change User Access dialog box, use the drop-down lists to select a new user type and access role for the user account.
  7. Click OK.
