Change Bank Payment Methods of Creditor Payment Proposals

Use the Creditor Payment Proposal submodule to change bank payment methods of creditor payment proposals.

To use the Creditor Payment Proposal submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To change the bank payment method of a creditor payment proposal:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the creditor payment proposal that you want to change the bank payment method of.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Finance > Creditor Payment Proposal.
  4. Click the Setup tab.
  5. Highlight the creditor payment proposal that you want to edit the bank payment method of and on the grid toolbar, click Change Banks for Entries .
  6. In the Change Banks dialog box, use the corresponding drop-down lists to select the from and to payment methods.
  7. If you want to move bank on creditors or on non posted vouchers, select the applicable check box.
  8. Click OK.
