Change Employee Price Groups

Use the Employee Price Groups submodule to change an employee's price group.

To use the Employee Price Groups submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To change an employee's price group:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the employee whose price group you want to change.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Employee Price Groups.
  4. Click the Employee list tab and highlight the employee whose price group you want to change.
  5. Double-click on the Employee price group field and select a new price group from the drop-down list.
