Change Tasks of Time Entries

Use the Costs submodule to change tasks of time entries of selected jobs.

To use the Costs submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To change the task of a time entry:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the time entry that you want to change the task of.
  3. On the side toolbar, click Costs.
  4. Click the Hours tab.
  5. Highlight the time entry that you want to change the task of.
  6. Click and select Change task on time entries.
  7. In the Change Task dialog box, double-click on the Task field of the time entry that you want to change the task of and use the drop-down list to select the new task.
  8. Click OK.
