Changelog

Use Changelog under Finance & Administration to view records of changes that a resource or a group resource applied to records related to jobs, companies, resources, clients, debtors, or creditors.

To use the Changelog submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

The Changelog submodule is a simple and straightforward list of every change that a resource or resource group ever applied to your company's records. Use changelog to view or monitor historical changes to records, or use it for tracking and verification purposes.

The information in the Changelog submodule can be filtered by date, resource, or log type.

Every changelog entry is associated with an icon that indicates whether the change is an update () or a new entry ().

Aside from the type of update, you can find more detailed information such as Change date, Changed by, and Type, among others.

As with most WorkBook submodules, you can always use the Search field to find specific changelog records.
