Clear Rejected Entries

Use the Rejected Entries submodule to clear rejected entries.

To use the Rejected Entries submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To clear a rejected entry:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Rejected Entries.
  3. Highlight the rejected entry that you want to clear.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Clear the selected entry .
