Copy the Values of a Company's Earned Calculation Method (Company Variable 20) to All Other Companies

Use the Company Variables submodule to copy the value of a company's earned calculation method to all other companies.

To use the Company Variables submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To copy the value of a company's earned calculation method to all other companies:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left navigation pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the company variable value that you want to copy to other companies.
3. In the left navigation pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Company Variables.
4. In the middle pane, click Employee Holiday.
5. In the right pane, at the right side of the Earned Calculation Method variable, click Copy Value to All Other Companies .
