Copy Billing Plan Data from Price Quotes to Invoices

Use the Invoice submodule to copy billing plan data from price quotes to invoices of selected jobs.

To use the Invoice submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To copy billing plan data from a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the invoice that you want to copy billing plan data to from a price quote.
3. On the side toolbar, click Invoice.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the invoice that you want to copy billing plan data to from a price quote.
   Alternatively, click Open Invoice List and in the Invoice List dialog box, highlight the invoice that you want to copy billing plan data to from a price quote.
5. Click and select Copy price quote billing plan to invoice.
6. In the Copy Price Quote Billing Plan to Invoice dialog box, select the billing plan and billing plan line that you want to copy and identify the text to invoice line and activity for billing plan line.
7. Click OK.
