Copy Company Variable Values to other Companies

Use the Company Variables submodule to copy the values of company variables to other companies.

To use the Company Variables submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To copy a company variable value to other companies:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the company variable value that you want to copy to other companies.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Company Variables.
4. In the middle pane, click on the company variable category with the variable value that you want to copy to other companies.
5. In the right pane, at the right side of the company variable option field that you want to copy to other companies, click Copy value to all other companies .
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
