Copy Data from Price Lists to Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to copy data from price lists to price quotes of selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To copy data from a price list to a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to copy data to from a price list.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to copy data to.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to copy data to.
   Note: You can only copy data from a price list to a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
5. Click the Lines tab.
6. If you are currently in the Gantt view, click .
7. Click Copy data from a price list .
8. In the Copy Data from a Price List dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the price list that you want to copy data from.
9. Click OK.
