Copy Financial Information from Schedule to Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to copy financial information from schedules to price quotes.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To copy financial information from a schedule to a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to copy financial information to from a schedule.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to copy financial information to.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to copy financial information to.
   Note: You can only select a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
5. Click and select Schedule current job.
6. In the Schedule Current Job dialog box, select the method, tasks that you want to insert, and other settings.
7. Click OK.
