Copy Information from other Jobs to Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to copy information from other jobs to price quotes.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To copy information from another job to a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote that you want to copy information to from another job.
3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote that you want to copy information to.
   Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to copy information to.
   Note: You can only copy information to a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
5. Click and select Copy from another job.
6. In the Copy from another Job dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the client of the job with the information that you want to copy to the price quote.
7. Highlight the job with the information that you want to copy to the price quote.
8. You can select the filter, copy options, and additional configurations that you want to copy to the price quote.
9. Click OK.
