Copy Price Quote Material Calculations from other Jobs

Use the Price or Materials submodule to copy price quote material calculations from other jobs to selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To use the Materials submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To copy a price quote material calculation from another job:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job that you want to copy a price quote material calculation to.
3. Take one of the following actions:
   • On the side toolbar, click Price and click the Material Calculation tab.
   • On the side toolbar, click Materials.
4. If you want to copy the material calculation lines to an existing material calculation, use the drop-down list to select the material calculation that you want to copy lines to.
5. Click Copy material calculation from another job .
6. In the Copy Material Calculation dialog box, use the drop-down lists to select the client and job of the material calculation that you want to copy and then select the applicable copying method.
7. Click OK.
