Create Invoice on Billing Plan Amount

Use Due Billing Plan for Follow-Up to create an invoice on billing plan amount.

To use the Due Billing Plan for Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create invoice on billing plan amount:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to create an invoice.
  3. In the Finance & Administrator left side panel, click Administrative Follow-up > Due Billing Plan Follow-Up.
  4. Select an entry and click Create Invoice on Billing Plan Amount from the toolbar.
  5. On the Invoice Card, click Create invoice .
  6. In the Create invoice dialog box, provide the required information, and click OK.
