Due Billing Plan for Follow-Up

Use Due Billing Plan for Follow-up under Finance & Administration to view and manage billing plans, as well as create invoices on billing plan amounts.

To use the Due Billing Plan for Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

If you have set up your WorkBook account to handle future billing through billing plans, you will find relevant information on billing plans that are missing invoices per the current date in the Due Billing Plan for Follow-up submodule.

You can use the information on the Due Billing Plan for Follow-up screen to track which jobs need to be invoiced according to their billing plans. You can also create an invoice directly from the submodule. This action creates a new invoice draft on the job for the outstanding billing plan amount. The invoice must be approved and finalized as per usual.

The Due Billing Plan for Follow-up screen consists of two tabs:
  • List tab: Lets you create an invoice on a billing plan amount for a job
  • Job card tab: Lets you view the details of the job that you selected from the List tab

As with most WorkBook submodules, you can always use the Search field to find specific billing plan records.
