Create Job Descriptions

Use the Description submodule to create descriptions for selected jobs.

To use the Description submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create a job description:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job that you want to create a description for.
  3. On the side toolbar, click Description.
  4. Click and select Create new.
  5. In the Create New Description dialog box, use the drop-down list to select a template to use for the description that you want to create.
  6. Click OK.
  7. You can edit the description's title, job type, and status in the Settings pane at the right side of the screen.
