Create Pipeline Activity Categories

Use the Pipeline Activity Categories submodule to create pipeline activity categories.

To use the Pipeline Activity Categories submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create a pipeline activity category:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to create a pipeline activity category.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Activity Categories.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add .
  5. You can edit the Categories field by double-clicking on it.
