Create Standard Phase Texts

Use the Standard Phase Texts submodule to create standard phase texts.

To use the Standard Phase Texts submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create a standard phase text:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to create a standard phase text.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Standard Phase Texts.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Create a new phase text .
5. You can edit the Phase Name and Phase Description fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
