Create Ticket Types

Use the Ticket Types submodule to create ticket types.

To use the Ticket Types submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create a new ticket type:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to create a ticket type.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Types.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Create a new type .
  5. You can edit the different fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
