Create a Creditor Payment Proposal
Use the Create Payment Proposal dialog box to create a creditor payment proposal.
To use the Creditor Payment Proposals submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the Employee Cross-company Access submodule under Settings.
To create a creditor payment proposal:

		  On the main toolbar, click 
			 Finance & Administration 
			 
. 
		   
		 - Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to create a creditor payment proposal.
 - In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click .
 - Click the List tab.
 -  
		  On the List tab toolbar, click 
			 Create Payment Proposal 
			 
. 
		   
		 - Use the fields and options in the Create Payment Proposal dialog box to create a creditor payment proposal.
 - Click OK.
