Create a Task Folder

Use the Tasks submodule to create task folders.

To use the Tasks submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create a task folder:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Jobs List and highlight the job associated with the task for which you want to create a folder.
  3. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Tasks.
  4. On the Tasks screen, click the Tasks tab.
  5. In the grid, highlight the task for which you want to create a folder and click Task Settings on the tab toolbar.
  6. On the Task card, click the Docs side toolbar.
  7. Click the Context Menu > Create Folder.
  8. In the dialog box, specify the required information and click OK.
  9. You can take any of the following actions:
    • To delete the folder, highlight the folder and click the Context Menu > Delete Folder.
    • To rename the folder, highlight the folder and click the Context Menu > Rename Folder. In the dialog box, specify the required information and click OK.
    • To share the folder, highlight the folder and click the Context Menu > Share Folder. Repeat this action to unshare the folder.
    • To create the deeplink to the folder, click the Context Menu > Create Deeplink to Folder (ZIP file). In the dialog box, click Copy Link to Clipboard.
