Define a Company's Access to a Client
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can specify which companies in WorkBook has access to a client in Resources.
Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.
To define a company's access to a client:

On the main toolbar, click
Resources
.

On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon
, select Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.

Select the client whose company access settings you want to define by completing any of the following actions:
- In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the client, then select it from the grid.
- Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Clients as your filter, and select the client from the grid.

On the grid toolbar, click
Resource Information
/
to display the client card.
- On the side toolbar of the client card, click .
- On the Company Access tab, select the companies that you want to give access to the client.
