Before approving a creditor payment proposal, validate the payment lines and delete those that should not included in the proposal.
To use the Creditor Payment Proposals submodule, you must have access to
Finance & Administration as defined in the Employee Cross-company Access submodule under
Settings.
To delete payment lines from a creditor payment proposal:

On the main toolbar, click
Finance & Administration
.

Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company that contains the creditor payment proposal whose payment lines you want to delete.

In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click
.

Click the List tab.

In the grid, select the creditor payment proposal whose payment lines you want to delete.

Click the Payment Lines tab.

In the
OK column of the grid, select the check boxes for the the payment lines that you want to delete.

On the Payment Lines tab toolbar, click
Delete Selected
.
Alternatively, you can click
Delete Unselected Items
to delete the payment lines that were not selected.

When Workbooks asks you if you want to delete the selected payment lines, click
Delete.
You can also click
Remove Payment Line

in each row to delete payment lines one by one.
