Delete AR/AP VAT Codes

Use the VAT Settings submodule to delete AR/AP VAT codes.

To use the VAT Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete an AR/AP VAT activity code:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete an AR/AP VAT code.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Finance > VAT Settings.
4. Click the AR/AP VAT Codes tab.
5. Highlight the AR/AP VAT code that you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click Delete AR/AP VAT Code .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the AR/AP VAT code at once.
