Delete Access Roles

Use the User Access Rights submodule to delete access roles.

To use the User Access Rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete an access role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete an access role.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > User Access Rights.
  4. Click the User Access Setup tab.
  5. Use the drop-down list to select the access role that you want to delete and click Delete Access Role .
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
