Delete All Description Lines

Use the Description submodule to delete all lines in descriptions of selected jobs.

To use the Description submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete all description lines:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the description lines that you want to delete.
3. On the side toolbar, click Description.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the description whose lines you want to delete.
5. Click the Description tab.
6. Click Delete all rows .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes all description lines at once.
