Delete Client Segments

Use the Client Segments submodule to delete client segments.

To use the Client Segments submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete a client segment:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete a client segment.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Dimensions > Client Segments.
  4. Highlight the client segment that you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click Delete selected .
  5. In the Remove Segment dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the replacement value for the segment that you want to delete and click OK.
