Delete Comments from Conversations

If you are an administrator in WorkBook, you can delete comments from conversations without having to delete subsequent comments. You cannot delete system-generated comments and comments in conversations about documents that are for approval. Users who were tagged in deleted comments remain part of the conversation.

To delete a comment from a conversation:

  1. Go to the conversation thread that contains the comment that you want to delete.
    For example, if there is a comment about a job that is not relevant to the topic, you can delete that comment in Jobs > Jobs List > Chat.
  2. Right-click the comment and click Delete Comment from the context menu.
  3. When asked for confirmation click Yes.
