Delete Comments from Invoices

Use the Invoice submodule to delete comments from invoices of selected jobs.

To use the Invoice submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete a comment from an invoice:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the invoice that you want to delete a comment from.
  3. On the side toolbar, click Invoice.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the invoice that you want to delete a comment from.
    Alternatively, click Open Invoice List and in the Invoice List dialog box, highlight the invoice that you want to delete a comment from.
  5. Click the Comments tab.
  6. Highlight the comment that you want to delete and click Delete selected comment(s) .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the comment at once.
