Delete Currency Rates

Use the Currency Rate tab under the Currency Codes and Rates submodule to delete currency rates.

To use the Currency Codes and Rates submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete a currency rate:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete a currency rate.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > Currency Codes and Rates.
4. Click the Currency Rate tab and use the drop-down list to select the rate table with the currency rate that you want to delete.
5. Highlight the currency that you want to delete a rate from and in the bottom grid highlight the currency rate that you want to delete.
6. On the bottom grid toolbar, click Delete selected currency rate .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the currency rate at once.
