Delete Job Descriptions

Use the Description submodule to delete descriptions of selected jobs.

To use the Description submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete a job description:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the description that you want to delete.
3. On the side toolbar, click Description.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the description that you want to delete.
5. Click and select Delete current description.
   Alternatively, click the Description tab and click Delete current description .
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
