Delete Monthly Checklist Items

Use the Monthly Checklist submodule to delete monthly checklist items.

To use the Monthly Checklist submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete a monthly checklist item:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete a monthly checklist item.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Finance > Monthly Checklist.
  4. Highlight the monthly checklist item that you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click Delete Row .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the monthly checklist item at once.
