Delete Pipeline Lost Reasons

Use the Pipeline Lost Reasons submodule to delete pipeline lost reasons.

To use the Pipeline Lost Reasons submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete a pipeline lost reason:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete a pipeline lost reason.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Lost Reasons.
  4. Highlight the pipeline lost reason that you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click Delete lost reason .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the pipeline lost reason at once.
