Delete Prices from Subscriptions

Use the Subscription Billing submodule to delete prices from subscriptions.

To use the Subscription Billing submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete a price from a subscription:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the subscription that you want to delete a price from.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
4. Click the Billing Setup tab and highlight the subscription connected to the item that you want to delete a price from.
5. In the bottom grid, highlight the subscription item that you want to delete a price from.
6. On the grid toolbar, click Open Sidebar .
7. In the sidebar, click the Subscription Price Matrix.
8. Highlight the price that you want to delete and click Delete Price .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the price at once.
