Delete Recurrence Bookings for Assigned Tasks

Use the Calendar View submodule to delete existing recurrence bookings for your assigned tasks.

To use the Calendar View submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete an existing recurrence booking from an assigned task:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click To-do > Calendar View.
  3. Take one of the following actions:
    • Hover over the assigned task from which you want to delete an existing recurrence booking and click Recurrence Booking .
    • Highlight the assigned task from which you want to delete an existing recurrence booking and on the grid toolbar, click Show task card .
    • On the WorkBook footer, use the Task no field to enter the applicable task number.
  4. In the task card, click the Recurrence Booking tab and use the drop-down list to select the recurrence booking that you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete selected .
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
  7. Click Refresh .
    Note: You can click refresh even if the task card is open.
  8. Click Close .
