Display Inactive Prospect/Client Contacts

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can display inactive prospect/client contacts from the contact card. You need to make inactive contacts visible before you can activate, anonymize, or merge them with other contacts.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To display inactive prospect/client contacts:

  1. Display the prospect card. See Display the Prospect Card.
  2. On the side toolbar of the prospect card, click Contacts .
  3. On the top toolbar of the prospect card, select Show Inactive.
