Display Conversations According to Grouping

Use the Jobs List, Chat, or Settings submodule to display chat conversations according to grouping.

To use the Jobs List submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To use the Chat submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To use the Settings submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To display conversations according to grouping:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
  3. Highlight the job of the conversations that you want to display according to grouping.
  4. Take one of the following actions:
    • Click Further options and select View job settings. On the side toolbar of the right pane, click Chat.
    • On the grid toolbar, click Job properties sidebar and on the side toolbar of the right pane, click Chat .
    • On the side toolbar, click Chat.
    • On the side toolbar, click Settings and on the side toolbar of the right pane, click Chat.
  5. Click the applicable tab or use the drop-down list to select the category of the conversations that you want to display according to grouping.
    Note: For a closer look at the conversation, you can proceed to the Conversation tab of the corresponding submodule of the category.
    Workbook displays the conversation threads in the left pane and the comments of the selected conversation in the right pane.
  6. Click and select Grouping.
  7. Select any of the following:
    • Date: This grouping arranges conversations according to date.
    • Name: This grouping arranges conversations according to the name of the person who last published a comment on the thread.
    • Type: This grouping arranges conversations according to type.
    • Period: This grouping arranges conversations according to financial period.
    • None: This removes all prior groupings.
