Display Cost Records Based on Information Views

Use the Costs submodule to display cost records based on information views.

To use the Costs submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To display cost records based on information views:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the cost records that you want to display based on information views.
3. On the side toolbar, click Costs.
4. Click the Summary tab.
5. Use the drop-down list to select the information view that you want to use to display the list of cost records on the screen.
