Display Revision History of Quick Ticket Template Briefings

Use the Ticket Quick Create submodule to display the revision history of quick ticket template briefings.

To use the Ticket Quick Create submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To display the revision history of a quick ticket template briefing:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the quick ticket template briefing that you want to display the revision history of.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
  4. Highlight the quick ticket template with the briefing whose revision history you want to view and on the grid toolbar, click Default briefings .
  5. On the toolbar of the right pane, click Edit the briefing and click Revisions to display the brief's revision history.
    Alternatively, click Show the briefing revisions .
  6. If you want to hide the revision history, click Revisions and Edit the Briefing again.
    Alternatively, click Show the briefing revisions again.
